If you are feeling sluggish, stressed or just down for the count, exercise can help. When performed on a regular basis, exercise restores energy, hardens bones, builds muscle, reduces stress, controls body weight and helps the body fight sickness and disease. Both physical and mental health are positively impacted through regular, moderate physical activity.
The Texas Sports Medicine Center has long recognized the benefits of exercise. Shortly after we were founded in 1983, we opened to public membership—incorporating community fitness as a key service.
Our goal is to help our members improve their quality of life by offering an appropriate exercise program, tailored to the motivated individual's level of fitness. Texas Sports Medicine Center has the fitness equipment, facility and staffing to meet your exercise and wellness goals.
