Personal Training Services and Pricing
Personal training sessions can be one-on-one or in groups of two or three clients per trainer. The cost is always per client.
One-client 30-minute sessions

One-client 60-minute sessions

All purchased sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase date.
Please note, all personal trainers are employees of Texas Sports Medicine Center and are affiliated with Tomball Regional Medical Center. All payments for sessions need to be made directly to the Texas Sports Medicine Center.
Personal Training Session Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep an appointment with your personal trainer, you must cancel within 24 hours of your session. No-shows will be charged for the session. Please contact your personal trainer or the facility to cancel a scheduled session.
